And, go here to find a long list of assorted librarian blogs.  BTW, to create a “link” in a post, highlight the word you want to make into a link…once something is highlighted, the “link” button on the editor will become available (it looks like 2 links of a chain). Click it and paste the URL into the box.

What good is a library blog?

Why?

The Good: More people are getting used to using blogs, so it will fit with that group.  Will show that the library is a ‘current’ resource…familiar with today’s technology.

The Less-than-Good: Another thing to do and keep track of.  Another resource for students to learn.  Splits students away from the library webpage.
